If your application for registration as a midwife is not approved or is approved subject to conditions you may appeal the decision.
To appeal, submit a letter within 30 days of receipt of your decision letter. Your letter must include:
- Your name
- Your address
- The date of your decision letter
- The reasons for your appeal

CMM will review your registration to determine a final decision. CMM’s decision is not subject to further appeal. If CMM maintains the original decision, you have the right to seek additional guidance from a lawyer.
